3. Representation of regulated entities before the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission
- Legal representation of regulated entities and/or their officers before the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Assisting regulated entities and/or their officers during investigation conducted by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and ensuring that responses are timely, accurate and effectively address all regulatory concerns.
- Filing of administrative recourses before the Administrative Court of Cyprus.
4. Trading and Markets Securities Financing and Derivatives
